Corona Protocol

Corona Protocol

Last update: 30/11/2021

During Flanor activities, we will adapt to the current measures regarding the corona virus that the government has implemented. If these measures change in any way, this protocol will be updated. The current rules of the government can be found here:

https://www.government.nl/topics/c/coronavirus-covid-19/tackling-new-coronavirus-in-the-netherlands/coronavirus-measures-in-brief

Currently, this means for Flanor members that:

1. The Flanor office is closed.

2. During every Flanor activity, everyone needs to keep a 1,5m distance. The organizer of the event or activity is responsible for this:
- At reading group activities, the reading group leader is responsible.
- At activities organised by a committee, the committee is responsible.
- At activities organised by the board, the board is responsible.

3. Flanorians do a self test before they attend a Flanor activity.

4. At every Flanor activity, the room where it takes place needs to be properly ventilated.
The organizer of the event or activity is responsible for this.
- At reading group activities, the reading group leader is responsible.
- At activities organised by a committee, the committee is responsible.
- At activities organised by the board, the board is responsible.

5. It will be expected of you that you stay home if you have any symptoms that could indicate infection by the coronavirus.

6. At reading group activities, a maximum of 4 guests can come to an offline location, if there were no other guests that day in that location. The reading group leader is responsible for making sure that this rule is not ignored as the board cannot check whether this happens or not.
